Problems solved by technology

[0004] From the analysis of the mechanism of pavement damage from the perspective of damage mechanics and fracture mechanics, it can be seen that when the overall structure of the pavement is subjected to loads, the overall structure of the pavement will be damaged in different degrees and types. Considering the crack resistance, tensile strength, bending resistance, water damage resistance, and aging resistance of the material, when the pavement is damaged, no matter from the detection method, technology, index, or evaluation system, it stays on the surface of the pavement structure. Rarely analyze and evaluate the degree of damage accumulation inside the structure

[0093] According to the survey results of highway traffic volume, the two-way average daily equivalent axle times in the year of opening to traffic was 2582 times per day. The average annual growth rate of traffic volume within the design period of this road section is 7.5%, and the lane coefficient is 0.65. According to the "Code for Design of Highway Asphalt Pavement" (JTG D50-2006), the cumulative e...

Abstract

The invention relates to a bituminous pavement service life assessment method based on a material damage accumulation level. Quantization is carried out on the traffic load circulation, low temperature and freezing and thawing cycle subjected by a pavement in operation, the pavement damage accumulation level is worked out through a given calculation method, and then the pavement service life can be assessed. According to the pavement service life assessment method, the pavement disease development process is shown, and needed pavement preventive maintenance measured can be determined when no crack, track, pit slot or other disease occurs on the pavement. By means of the method, the structure interior damage accumulation conditions produced in the use process of all levels of highways, urban roads, factory roads, airfield runways and the like can be quickly and accurately assessed, and a basis is provided for finding recessive diseases in a pavement structure early and preventing rapid extension of road apparent diseases.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a pavement life assessment method, in particular to an asphalt pavement life assessment method based on the accumulation level of pavement material damage. Background technique [0002] As a structure exposed to the natural environment, the pavement structure not only withstands the effects of natural conditions such as temperature, rain, and wind, but also bears the repeated action of increasing traffic loads. It is inevitable that various diseases will appear on the asphalt pavement. It is only a question of the length of time for the occurrence of the disease, and the most important thing at present is how to use scientific, rapid and reasonable detection methods to conduct early detection of the diseases that occur in the pavement structure designed under the existing design system, and then take measures that need to be taken. Reasonably estimate the duration of different maintenance measures such as daily maintenance, ove...
