The method comprises the steps of arranging a performance monitoring interface in a target webpage; obtaining the loading performance data of the target webpage; drawing a monitoring part in a browser according to the loading performance data of the target webpage. The monitoring part comprises a plurality of cross strip-shaped monitoring sub-parts which are arranged from top to bottom successively; each monitoring sub-part displays the loading performance data of a certain resource of the target webpage in real time; the monitoring sub-parts have the same display layout; each monitoring sub-part is provided with a cross strip-shaped background color block used for displaying on or more kinds of loading performance data of a resource corresponding to the monitoring sub-part.
