Abstract

According to the invention, the PBRM1 protein can effectively distinguish the postoperative lifetime of a colon cancer patient, thus a new way is provided for the colon cancer prognosis diagnosis, and a reference basis is provided for a clinical doctor to analyze the colon cancer state. According to the invention, the sample tissue is subjected to immunohistochemical determination; if the dyeing index of the sample tissue is greater than or equal to 6, high expression of PBRM1 protein is judged, which indicates long postoperative lifetime of the colon cancer patient; and if the dyeing index of the sample tissue is less than 6, low expression of PBRM1 protein is judged, which indicates short postoperative lifetime of the colon cancer patient.
