The invention discloses a method and system for realizing dynamic switching of multiple networks, wherein calling switching equipment inquires the identifier type of a called user after receiving a call request from a current network; if the identifier type of the called user is a number portability user, the calling switching equipment forwards the call request to a switching centre in a corresponding number portability network; after receiving the call request, the switching centre forwards the call request to corresponding number portability network called switching equipment in the number portability network; and the number portability network called switching equipment forwards the call request to a called user terminal, so that the called user performs a call in the number portability network. By means of the method and the system disclosed by the invention, information of networks, where users are currently, can be rapidly obtained among different networks; and thus, the users rapidly address a current network by using the same number when dynamic switching among multiple networks is carried out.
