Abstract

The invention relates to a high-elasticity mercerized cotton fabric emitting plenty of anions permanently. The high-elasticity mercerized cotton fabric comprises a base layer (1), a breathable layer (2), an elastic layer (3) and a mercerization layer (4). The back of the base layer is provided with a lining fabric layer, and the lining fabric layer is an anion fabric and comprises ordinary yarn, elastic yarn or anion yarn interwoven through a two-sided weaving method. The ordinary yarn is woven on the outer surface, and the content of the ordinary yarn is larger than 50%, the content of the elastic yarn is 2%, and the elastic yarn replaces part of ordinary yarn in weaving arrangement; the anion yarn is woven on the inner surface, and the content of the anion yarn is smaller than 48%. The high-elasticity mercerized cotton fabric is breathable and comfortable to wear and good in heat insulation and prevents the base layer from being damp and stuffy; besides, the surface mercerization is attractive, and the high-elasticity mercerized cotton fabric is comfortable in touch. The high-elasticity mercerized cotton fabric emits plenty of anions permanently.
