bacteria in goat milk through low-temperature physical
centrifugation, and relates to the technical field of separators. Comprising a separation chamber and a rotary drum

system and provided with a driving source, the rotary drum
assembly comprises a rotary drum, a disc set, a
middle column and a distance adjusting
assembly, the distance adjusting assembly comprises a distance adjusting unit and a distance measuring element, and the distance adjusting unit is provided with a
magnet exciting coil installed on the
middle column and a
magnet installed on a distance adjusting plate. A plurality of threaded sections with equal-difference decreasing screw pitches are arranged on the distance adjusting piece and are respectively meshed with the threaded holes in the plurality of discs; the current direction of the
magnet exciting coil is changed through the
control system, the distance adjusting plate is driven by electromagnetic force to move, then the distance adjusting piece is driven to rotate, all the discs generate equal-difference displacement, and therefore the distance between the discs is accurately and evenly adjusted. A centrifugal
sedimentation path and a
separation factor can be optimized according to the particle sizes and densities of different target
bacteria, and the separation precision, the adaptability and the treatment efficiency of physical centrifugal sterilization are remarkably improved.
