boer goat bile acid. The production technology comprises the steps that
gallbladder skin is
cut open, bile is collected, filtered and stirred evenly, 0.1-fold
sodium hydroxide is added according to the total weight of the bile, stirred and heated to boiling, silk-state transformation is carried out for 24 h, and clear water is supplemented at any time in the silk-state transformation period; after silk-state transformation is finished, the mixture is cooled to the
room temperature, supernatant liquid is collected in a
siphon mode, lower layer
precipitation is filtered with cloth into another vessel and cooled to the
room temperature or below, then 2-3% of
hydrogen peroxide is added, full stirring is carried out for 15 min, and standing
precipitation is carried out for 30 min; acid is added for filtering, and stirring and
precipitation are carried out; a floating object is fished out after
bile acid emerges on the liquid surface, and put into a pot, 1-fold clear water and
ethyl acetate are added, the mixture is stirred evenly, heating and boiling are carried out for 30 min, the
bile acid forms granules, filtering is carried out, the granules are washed with clear water to be neutral,
drying is carried out in a hanging mode, and a
boer goat bile acid semi-finished product is produced; an
alcohol and
hydrogen peroxide mixture with
alcohol and
hydrogen peroxide in the proportion of 100:(2-3) is introduced into the
boer goat bile acid semi-finished product, and the boer goat bile acid semi-finished product is stirred into a feed state and then spin-dried with a centrifugal
machine.
