Abstract

The embodiment of the invention discloses a method and device for determining server locations of a data center. The method comprises the steps of establishing a relationship between a rack unit in which each server of the data center is located and a port of a switch; and determining the rack units of the servers according to the ports of the switches connected with the servers and established relationships. The method also comprises the steps of determining the locations of the racks in which the servers are located according to relative locations of the switches connected with the servers and multiple reference points.
