Abstract

The mold has a particular and novel structure design; curved surface machining is adopted; the mold is machined by combination of the curved-surface lip and the waveform slot; the automobile sealing product can be manufactured conveniently and rapidly; previous foreign technological monopoly is broken; and the machining performance in the mold industry is improved effectively.
