The invention provides an LD coupling bundled optical fiber reflection type backlight module. A bundled optical fiber comprises an incidence end and an emergence end. Multiple optical fibers with the lengths changing in an arithmetic progression mode are separated from the emergence end. A blue light LD is connected with the incidence end of the bundled optical fiber, and blue light irradiated by the blue light LD is coupled through a shaping prism and a focusing mirror to enter the bundled optical fiber and is transmitted to the emergence end of the bundled optical fiber. The optical fibers with the lengths changing in the arithmetic progression mode are arranged in a gradient mode, and all small reflecting covers correspond to all the optical fibers. The small reflecting covers control the directions of output light, and the light can better enter a light guide plate. The LD coupling bundled optical fiber reflection type backlight module is simple in structure, small in size, low in weight and compact in structure, and has the advantages of being low in equipment investment, simple in production process and high in product yield.
