Abstract

The invention discloses a method for improving germination of Herba Anoectochili roxburghii seeds. The method mainly comprises the following steps: culturing the Herba Anoectochili roxburghii seeds at the temperature of 25 DEG C; and carrying out dark treatment and gibberellin GA3 treatment, wherein the mass concentration of GA3 is 40 mg/L. The method is simple to operate and easy to control, the problems that the Herba Anoectochili roxburghii seeds are large in amount, difficult to germinate, low in survival rate and the like can be solved well, and therefore, germination rate and germination efficiency of the Herba Anoectochili roxburghii seeds are improved.
