The wheat gene TaSPL20-7D molecular marker is a wheat molecular marker dCAPS-7D-SNP1 and a complete wheat molecular marker; the wheat gene TaSPL20-7D molecular marker is nucleotide at site 646, which corresponds to a sequence 1 in a sequence table, in a wheat genome DNA (Deoxyribose Nucleic Acid); the complete wheat molecular maker is composed of a wheat molecular maker dCAPS-7D-SNP1 and a wheat molecular maker CAPS-7D-SNP2; and CAPS-7D-SNP2 is nucleotide at site 765, which corresponds to the sequence 1 in the sequence table, in wheat genome DNA.
