The test result shows that the plant height, secondary branch number, secondary branch seed number, stem seed number, single plant seed number, average seed number, single plant seed weight, biological yield, thousand seed weight, and seed density of the obtained rice OsEBS transgenic plant are obviously improved and perfected.
