If the problem cannot be solved, the dynamic partitioning strategy with highest comprehensive control performance is chosen to solve equipment overload and voltage over-limit under the expected fault with the aid of other control measures. An optimized dynamic partitioning strategy can be provided for equipment overload and voltage over-limit or other emergency in a power grid, so that configuration of emergency load shedding measures is reduced, the electric safety accident liability risk is reduced, and the level of power grid operation management is improved.
