A preparation method of the powder comprises the following steps: fully pre-mixing measured polyacrylamide and water reducer to form premix; and sequentially adding measured 50% of silica fume, fumed silica, dispersible emulsion powder, mixture of polyacrylamide and water reducer and 50% of silica fume and stirring the mixture with a gravity-free mixer for over 10min, so as to obtain the powder.
