Abstract

The invention discloses a wearable body temperature measuring wrist band and a body temperature measuring method. A contact type temperature sensor is used for measuring wrist temperature; an infrared temperature sensor is used for measuring environment temperature; and the secondary curve fitting and constant calibration are performed according to the wrist temperature and the environment temperature, so as to obtain actual body temperature, thereby realizing the accurate measuring on the body temperature by adopting a wearable wrist band form.
