The middle of the air duct communicates with a drainage pipe. The drainage pipe extends outwards from the shell which is mounted in a mounting position in a refrigeration chamber of the direct-cooling refrigerator. The drying chamber is mounted in the refrigeration chamber of the direct-cooling refrigerator. Air in the drying chamber enters the air duct, the cold end of the semiconductor refrigerating assembly is used for cooling the air, water is condensed and guided out, and the humidity is lowered; and the air is heated again by the hot end at the air outlet and enters the drying chamber again, the humidity of the air which enters the drying chamber again is lowered, the temperature is basically not changed, and therefore the humidity in the drying chamber meets the low-humidity standard.
