Abstract

The present invention relates to a washing machine including a liquid additive supply device capable of supplying a liquid additive from a storage container even if the liquid level of the remaining liquid additive in the storage container is low. The storage container has a sloped bottom surface. The straw is arranged near or against the lower side of the sloped bottom surface. Due to the sloped bottom surface, the liquid additive tends to collect on the lower side of the bottom surface, and even if only a small amount of liquid additive remains in the storage container, the straw opening can remain below the liquid additive. This advantageously improves the utilization efficiency of the liquid additive loaded in the washing machine by reducing the unusable amount.
