In a first sub method, lightning is detected using a multi-vector photo-magnetic complex-mode induction technology to get the type, direction and relative distance of lightning, and a warning is then issued according to the type, direction and relative distance. In a second sub method, a power grid is partitioned, and a warning is issued according to the connection relationship of the partitions. In a third sub method, the lightning warning level is adjusted according to the real-time operation state of a power grid. In a fourth sub method, whether it is intra-cloud lightning or cloud-to-ground lightning is detected and identified, and a warning is issued according to the result of detection and identification. In a fifth sub method, a warning is issued by integrating real-time lightning detection data and near-earth electric field detection data.
