The method comprises: responding to an enterprise resource management request by a user terminal; displaying on the display interface of the user terminal the enterprise resource management interface; detecting the selection operation by a user on the enterprise resource management interface, wherein when a visible icon associated with the enterprise resource management is selected, displaying the target visible interface corresponding to the function of the selected visible icon; responding to the operation by the user on the target visible interface; transmitting to a cloud server the request corresponding to the enterprise resource management; executing the corresponding function by the cloud server according to the enterprise resource management request and saving the service records in the executing process after the function is executed wherein the service records comprise the user data, the account data and the service data.
