A gas inlet which is communicated with the first cavity and a gas outlet which is communicated with the second cavity are formed in the side wall. The gas inlet is formed in the end, which is close to the net plate, of the first cavity. The fan is in transmission connection with the motor, the fan and the motor are accommodated in the first cavity, and the fan is positioned on the side, which is close to the net plate, of the motor. The motor is slidably arranged on the first cavity, so that the fan can be get away from the net plate and can approach the net plate. The system for measuring the photosynthetic rates comprises an analysis device and the device for measuring the photosynthetic rates. The gas inlet is communicated with a reference gas outlet of the analysis device, and the gas outlet is communicated with an analysis gas inlet of the analysis device.
