Abstract

The present invention provides a method for feeding back a user portrait system based on a marketing feedback result. The method comprises: providing a user portrait database; receiving a marketing feedback result from a user terminal, extracting marketing behavior information in the marketing feedback result, and labeling the marketing behavior information, including a user identity, a marketing behavior label, and a marketing behavior label score; and according to the user identity, comparing the marketing behavior label and the marketing behavior label score with a marketing behavior label and a marketing behavior label score of a corresponding user, which exist in the user portrait database respectively, and updating information in the user portrait database in real time. According to the method, by using the marketing feedback result, the user portrait system can be self-improved, so that data information in the user portrait system is preciser.
