The method includes the following steps: receiving visitor bioinformation of a visitor whois a visitor of a visited service store; sending the visitor bioinformation to an integrated server such that the integrated server matches the visitor bioinformation and multiple bioinformation to bematched that is stored in a preset integrated database, wherein the bioinformation to be matched is bioinformation of clients of the visited service store and related stores which have relationshipswith the visited service store; receiving visitor correlation information which is sent by the integrated server and is corresponding to the bioinformation to be matched that matches the visitor bioinformation; sending the visitor correlation information to a service terminal of the visited service store for display such that a receptionist of the visited service store provides service according to the visitor correlation information.
