The invention provides a heat-regenerating-type semi-decoupling dehumidification heat pump system which is characterized in that the heat-regenerating-type semi-decoupling dehumidification heat pump system comprises a closed-type refrigerant system and an opened-type air system; the closed-type refrigerant system comprises two four-way reversing valves, two dehumidification heat exchangers, a gas-liquid heat exchanger, a throttling device, an evaporator and a compressor; and the opened-type air system comprises two draught fans, an air distributing valve, eight air valves and two air openings.According to the heat-regenerating-type semi-decoupling dehumidification heat pump system, the circulating evaporation side is connected with a dehumidification evaporator and the evaporator in series, the condensing side is constituted by dehumidification condensers, and the gas-liquid heat exchanger is arranged on an air suction pipeline of the compressor; a stream of air sequentially flows through the dehumidification evaporator and the evaporator to be cooled and dehumidified, meanwhile another stream of air flows through the dehumidification condensers to be heated and humidified; and compared with the prior art, the problem that the treatment capacity of circulating thermal-humid loads of the dehumidification heat exchangers is not synchronous can be solved, by selecting an appropriate refrigerant and regenerative temperature, condensation heat can be efficiently utilized, and the circulating property is further improved.
