An authority is responsible for bookkeeping qualification of each bookkeeper; each bookkeeper packs a public key thereof andinformation to be recorded in the block chain to a new block, thereby signing the information by using a private key of the new block and then publishing the signed information; each node participating the block chain only records the block possessing the bookkeeping qualification and having the valid digital signature in the chain. The system effectively supervise the user and het bookkeeper identity by using the authority, the limitation on the bookkeeping qualification of the bookkeeper prevents a bad bookkeeper from interfering the normal operation of the block chain system, and the stability and the security are improved.
