Abstract

The invention relates to an impedance-matched impedance spectroscopy measuring system and method. The method comprises the following steps: firstly generating a sinusoidal signal through a central processing unit according to a DDS algorithm; and selecting different resistances through a resistance pair module, and respectively collecting a system proportion amplification coefficient under the conditions of an impedance turn-off module and an impedance turn-on module; calculating a measurement impedance value according to a linear least square fitting algorithm; finally selecting the matched impedances to the different frequencies of the sinusoidal signals through an artificial selection method so as to obtain a matched impedance spectroscopy. Compared with the prior art, the method is capable of overcoming a problem that the measurement accuracy is reduced because the impedance is not matched in the impedance spectroscopy measurement, and further improving the precision of the measuring system.
