The application provides an audio processing device and an audio processing method, wherein the audio processing device contains a reverse noise filter, an output circuit and an equalizer circuit, wherein the reverse noise filter is configured to process a digital signal to produce a noise canceling signal; the output circuit is configured to mix the noise canceling signal with an equalized signalto generate a mixed signal, and generate a sound output signal based on the mixed signal, wherein the digital signal is associated with the sound output signal; and the equalizer circuit is configured to receive an input signal, and adjust at least one parameter in the equalizer circuit according to the equalized signal and the digital signal to process the input signal as an equalized signal.
