A method for multi-time precision detection is employed, a light color area is searched, and an approximate area ratio is employed to determine the relative size of the light color area; two-dimensional images of a corresponding early-stage caries color change portion is subjected to three-dimensional reconstruction to obtain an accurate area size of the corresponding early-stage caries color change portion and perform marking once;and a caries development trend is determined according to an obtained secondary detection result to obtain accurate data. The method and the device are rid of a manual checking mode of decsyed teeth,display a decsyed teeth morbidity to users in a visual mode at the decsyed teeth morbidity early stage, can detect the morbidity when the users have no feeling, and have the users with doctors' office visiting eailier.
