The lower substrate comprises a second transparent substrate and a second conductive layer which are sequentially arranged. When voltages are applied to the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer of the dimming board, the light transmittance of the dimming board is different from the light transmittance of the dimming board when the voltages stop being applied to the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer of the dimming board.The dimming board is applied to the display device, the brightness of the display device can be controlled, the differentiation performance of products can be enhanced, and the market competitivenessof the products is improved.
