Embodiment Construction

[0025] The analysis method of the present invention utilizes the task paradigm of drug clues to induce changes in craving in the form of functional magnetic resonance imaging to study the changes in brain function activity and craving-related brain regions of heroin addicts in different periods of withdrawal.

[0026] Below in conjunction with accompanying drawing and specific embodiment the present invention is made specific introduction

[0027] refer to figure 1 , the method for analyzing the functional connection of each area of the brain of heroin addicts under task state of the present invention, it comprises the following steps:

[0028] 1. Data preprocessing

[0029] Taking Matlab as the platform, using SPM8 fMRI software to preprocess the collected functional magnetic resonance imaging data, the preprocessing process is as follows:

[0030] 1. Time correction (Slice Timing)

[0031] Time difference correction is performed on the collected functional magnetic reso...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for analyzing the functional connection of the brain areas of a heroin addict in a task state. The method includes the steps of firstly, using Matlab as the platform, and using SPM8fMRI software to preprocess magnetic resonance imaging data; secondly, building the parameter matrix models of a subject during neutral picture watching and drug-related picture watching; thirdly, calculating to obtain the beta value of each voxel, corresponding to each picture stimulation at each time point, of the whole brain of the subject; fourthly, determining interested areas, and acquiring a whole brain functional connection result graph; fifthly, comparing differences between groups. The method has the advantages that the functional connection of the brain areas of the heroin addict is analyzed in the drug-related clue task state, the whole brain neural activity internal connection of the heroin additive exposed to drugs can be favorably disclosed as compared with analysis in the resting state, and reliable functional imaging evidence is provided for the researches of the heroin addiction mechanism and the curative effect of abstinence treatment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for analyzing the functional connections of brain regions of heroin addicts, in particular to a method for analyzing the functional connections of brain regions of heroin addicts in a task state, belonging to the technical field of medical image processing and analysis. Background technique [0002] Heroin addiction is a chronic and recurrent functional encephalopathy characterized by withdrawal and relapse cycles, and it is a major medical and social problem in my country. Heroin not only causes great harm to drug addicts themselves and their families, but also brings serious public health problems (such as the spread of AIDS) to the society, causing huge waste of funds and serious social problems. [0003] Heroin addiction is a major problem that the government and medical institutions urgently need to solve. The current mechanism is unknown and the treatment effect is not significant. Abnormal craving for drugs is ...
