The blood stem cell collecting device comprises a shell; an outer plate is arranged on the left side of the upper end of the shell; a shaftcoupler is arranged at the lower end of the outer plate; an electromotor is arranged at the lower end of the shaft coupler; a rotating shaft is arranged at the upper end of the outer plate; an outputshaft and a rotating shaft of the electromotor are connected through the shaft coupler; a driving wheel is arranged on the rotating shaft; a supporting base is arranged on the bottom surface of the internal part of the shell; a centrifugal cylinder body is arranged at the upper end of the supporting base; the upper end face of the centrifugal cylinder body is connected with the lower end face ofa turnplate; the upper end of the turnplate is connected with an upper rotating shaft; a driven wheel is arranged on the outer side of the upper rotating shaft; the driving wheel and the driven wheelare connected through a conveying belt.
