The invention provides data migrating method and device, electronic equipment and a readable storage medium, which can solve the problem that service applications stop writing for a long time in the data migrating process so as to realize the seamless data migration during which the business applications do not stop writing. The method comprises the following steps of: configuring the inter-cluster replication service and suspending the replication service; creating a snapshot of data of a source cluster at the current time and exporting the snapshot to a target cluster; updating data of the target cluster by using the snapshot and restarting the replication service after the update is completed; and playing back operation of a service application on the source cluster during the suspending of the replication service in the target cluster and writing the operation into the target cluster.
