Problems solved by technology

From this point of view, it is obviously not accurate enough to judge the occurrence and stage of mammary gland inflammation only by SCC
(3) SCC is only a measure of inflammation based on the total number of cells in milk, and it cannot accurately determine the stage of inflammation

Embodiment Construction

[0046] The following examples are only to illustrate the embodiments of the present invention, but do not limit the scope of the present invention.

[0047] Test materials: The milk samples used in this test were collected from Holstein cows in 5 dairy farms in Beijing. Cows with overt clinical signs (e.g. metritis, clinical mastitis, uterine prolapse, milk fever, clinical ketosis) whose health status was determined based on rectal temperature, heart rate, respiration profile, appetite and fecal consistency were excluded. Select 102 clinically healthy cows [parity (2-3), lactation days (152±27) d, milk production (27±3) kg / d] to collect milk samples. Collection time is June 5, 2017. Milking is done twice a day, at 8:00 am and 7:00 pm. A total of 102 milk samples were collected. Before collecting milk samples, the outside of the udder was sterilized with a medicated bath, wiped and cleaned with a separate towel, and then cleaned again with alcohol. After discarding the firs...

Abstract

The invention provides a dairy cow early-stage mastitis monitoring method. The method includes following steps: (1), performing SCC count detection on milk; (2), performing pathogenic microorganism identification of the milk: colony count and bacteriological identification; (3), performing somatic cell typing detection; (4), identifying protein differential expression level and function of the milk: protein concentration measuring, protein quantifying and analysis protein differential expression level and function identification. By detecting differentiation degree of immune cells in cow's milk somatic cells and identifying expression level and function of mycoprotein in the milk, the method is conducive to timely finding early-stage mastitis and pathogen types inducing early-stage inflammation to make full preparation for timely prevention and targeted treatment of dairy cow mastitis.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of animal husbandry, and in particular relates to a method for monitoring early stage mastitis of dairy cows, which is mainly used for early screening of early stage mastitis and subclinical mastitis of dairy cows. Background technique [0002] Dairy cow mammary health is a key issue in milk production, and monitoring the health of the mammary gland is very important to the dairy farm economy. Inflammation of mammary glands in dairy cows can reduce milk yield and quality, and even shorten the lifespan of dairy cows, seriously affecting the income of dairy farms. The immune response in the mammary gland when inflammation occurs is an important indicator reflecting the stage of inflammation. Therefore, by understanding the immune response process of dairy cow mammary glands to inflammation, and then grasping the health status of dairy cow mammary glands in time, the quality of milk production can be improved and the tr...
