According to the method, a hierarchical analysis model of multiple integrated-energy-system operation mode candidate scheme-oriented optimal selection is established, a model target layer uses integrated operation utility maximization as a target, a model level-1 indicator layer containsindicators of aspects of economics, policy factors, management layers, user benefits and the like, then weight calculation is carried out according to the level-1 indicators, level-2 indicators and to-be-selected schemes on the basis of the model, and finally, an optimal scheme is selected according to a weight result. Optimal selection on the integrated-energy-system operation mode candidate schemes can be realized to facilitate improvement of energy integrated-utilization efficiency, and a multi-energy complementary industrial-park integrated-energy-system is constructed.
