Embodiment Construction

[0025] The technical solution of the present invention will be described in further detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments, and the following embodiments do not constitute a limitation of the present invention.

[0026] This technical solution is based on hyperspectral imaging technology, which uses tens to hundreds of continuous and subdivided spectral bands to simultaneously image the target area in the ultraviolet, visible, near-infrared and mid-infrared regions of the electromagnetic spectrum. Image has the advantage of combining image and spectrum. This technical solution uses hyperspectral imaging technology to detect pesticide residues in vegetables, which has the advantages of no damage, no pollution, automation, fast and high efficiency.

[0027] Such as figure 1 As shown, this technical solution is a method for detecting pesticide residue concentration in vegetables based on hyperspectral imaging, including the following steps:

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for detecting pesticide residue concentration of vegetables based on hyperspectral imaging. First, vegetable samples sprayed with different concentrations of pesticides are prepared, hyperspectral images of the prepared vegetable samples are acquired, and a black and white correction is performed; then spectral reflectance of all pixels in a region of interest is calculated as an average spectrum of each sample, the average spectrum of each sample group is calculated according to the average spectrum of each sample, the average spectrum of each sample group istaken as a standard spectrum of the sample group to conduct multiplicative scatter correction processing on the spectrum of each sample in the sample group, the corrected spectra are subjected to normalization processing, converted into two-dimensional matrices and saved as grayscale images; finally, a convolutional neural network model based on data grayscale images is established with grayscaleimages of each sample to predict pesticide residues in vegetables. The detecting method disclosed by the invention is damage free, pollution free, automatic, rapid and efficient.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of food safety detection, and in particular relates to a method for detecting pesticide residue concentration in vegetables based on hyperspectral imaging. Background technique [0002] During the planting process of vegetables, pests and diseases are prone to occur, and the use of pesticides to kill insects is also a common treatment method. For example, broccoli (broccoli), which belongs to a variety of Brassica oleracea, originated in Italy and was introduced to my country at the end of the 19th century. The edible parts of broccoli are fat and tender bud balls and flower stems, with a crisp taste and high nutritional value. It has the reputation of "vegetable crown", and it also contains glucosinolates and Its derivatives sulforaphane and so on. During the growth of broccoli, pests and diseases are prone to occur, so the use of pesticides during the cultivation of broccoli is inevitable. [0003] The ...
