Abstract

The invention relates to an immersion type liquid cooling and circulating air cooling combined server cabinet heat dissipation system, which comprises a cabinet body, a server module, a heat exchangermodule, a static pressure box module, a liquid pipeline system and a temperature control system. Liquid circulating working medium is adopted to cool a server processor, and gas circulating working medium (air ) is adopted to cool other heating elements. The heat exchanger module is arranged at the bottom of the cabinet, and comprises a first-stage heat exchanger and a second-stage heat exchangerand cools the liquid circulating working medium and the air respectively with low-temperature refrigerant water serving as a cold source. A static pressure box and a windshield form a closed air flowchannel, so that the thermal pollution to the external environment of the cabinet is reduced. According to the invention, independent cooling is carried out on different heating density areas of theserver. Sealing immersion type liquid cooling is adopted for high heating areas, and circulating air is adopted for cooling low heating areas. The heat dissipation efficiency of the system is effectively improved, the generation of local hot spots is inhibited, and the energy consumption of a refrigeration system is reduced.
