According to the operational amplifier and the voltage reference source circuit of the embodiment of the invention, the power supply rejection ratio of the operational amplifier is improved, by adding a power supply rejection ratio increased module in the operational amplifier, so that the power supply rejection ratio of the voltage reference source circuit which the operational amplifier is applied is correspondingly improved.
