An embodiment of the method includes: extracting a fundamental frequency corresponding to a syllablefor the syllable of a voice in a preset voice set, obtaining a fundamental frequency sequence for the syllable, and obtaining fundamental frequency feature information for the syllable according to the fundamental frequency sequence; statistically calculating the fundamental frequency feature information of the syllable of the voice in the voice set to obtain a statistical result; and generating accent information of the syllable of the voice in the voice set according to the statistical result. The method enables automatic generation of the accent information of the syllable of the voice in the voice set.
