Abstract

The invention discloses an application of isopimaric acid in preparation of an anti-tumor drug. It is found that Haitong abietane diterpene E, Haitong abietane diterpene F, Haitong abietane diterpeneG, Haitong abietane diterpene H, kirenol, isopimaran-19-ol, pimara-dien-acid and isopimaric acid have inhibition functions on gallbladder carcinoma SNU-308 cells and multiple myeloma ARH-77 cells; 12-hydroxykirenol only has excellent inhibition functions on multiple myeloma ARH-77 cells; 9(11),15-isopimaradiene-3beta,19-diol only has excellent inhibition functions on gallbladder carcinoma SNU-308cells. Therefore, the compound can be used for preparing antitumor drugs.
