AI Technical Summary

Benefits of technology

This patented technology allows for easy removal or replacement of filters used by vehicles during rainfall events without having to stop working at that location. It also includes an improved design where water from the vehicle's engine flows into a separate chamber inside the filtering material instead of being directly released onto the ground outside through holes made therein. When needed, this separated space helps remove any collected debrids while still allowing them to flow freely back down its own tube system.

Problems solved by technology

This technical problem addressed in this patented text relates to improving the design of stormwater gratings while maintaining their separation ability without being obstructive due to accumulation of debris during use overtime.

Embodiment 1

[0039] see Figure 1~3 , this embodiment discloses an impurity removal and drainage device 1000, the impurity removal and drainage device 1000 includes a rainwater grate 1100, a carrying filter tank 1200 and a detachable receiver, and the detachable receiver collects debris and removes them from the rainwater grate 1100 And ex situ cleaning, so as to eliminate the various disadvantages of on-site cleaning.

[0040] The rainwater grate 1100 is installed on the drain, the upper surface is exposed on the road to form an appearance surface, and the lower surface is kept opposite to the drain. Generally speaking, on municipal roads, the rainwater grate 1100 can be installed on the edge of the road to make the main part of the municipal road more level and ensure smooth traffic. The rainwater grate 1100 can also be arranged in the middle of the road to increase the drainage speed of the road surface and prevent the road from accumulating water. It is very effective in roads that ar...

Embodiment 2

[0069] Please refer to Figure 4~6 , this embodiment discloses an impurity removal and drainage device 1000 , which is different from Embodiment 1 in that the rainwater grate 1100 also includes a receiving arm 1130 . The receiving arm 1130 is formed on the side of the mounting seat hole 1111 close to the deflector wall 1120 , the receiving arm 1130 extends downward from the lower surface of the carrying wall 1110 , and the drainage grid hole 1121 runs through the receiving arm 1130 and communicates with the mounting seat hole 1111 .

[0070] In other words, the receiving arm 1130 remains opposite to the lower surface of the flow guide wall 1120 , and the connection between the two is realized through a plurality of vertical connecting arms. The end of the drainage grid hole 1121 is formed between the adjacent vertical connecting arms, so that the water diverted from the diversion wall 1120 can enter the carrying filter tank 1200 from the end of the drainage grid hole 1121, inc...

Abstract

The invention discloses an impurity removing drainage device. The impurity removing drainage device comprises a rain grate, a bearing filter trough and a separable filter trough, wherein an installinghole penetrating through the upper and lower surfaces of the rain grate is formed in the rain grate; the bearing filter trough is fixedly arranged on the installing hole; an extraction trough openingis formed in the upper end of the bearing filter trough and filter holes are formed in at least one side of side walls of the bearing filter trough; the separable filter trough can be moved in and out of the extraction trough opening of the bearing filter trough in a slidable pulling mode; an impurity removing trough opening is formed in the upper end of the separable filter trough and flow filtering holes are formed in at least one side of side walls of the separable filter trough; and a bearing handle is arranged on the impurity removing trough opening. According to the impurity removing drainage device, the separable filter trough for containing impurities is provided, the separable filter trough can be taken down from the rain grate and is easy to clean, many shortcomings existing insite cleaning are eliminated, the convenience of operation and smooth liquidity are guaranteed, and the life safety of operators is ensured.
