Abstract

The invention provides a data packet packaged by a rule component. The data packet comprises transmitted data and a rule component for transmitting data, the rule component comprises a transmission network identifier, a transmission protocol, a source address, a user, a destination address, a header identifier and an end identifier of the data; the transmission network identifier is used for determining a network type of the transmitted data; the source address is used for generating a device address of the data; the destination address is the transmission destination address of the data; theuser generates a device type of the data for the source address; different users have different operation permissions; the header identifier is an actual starting mark of the data; and the end identifier is an actual end mark of the data. The invention further discloses a transmission method of the data packet packaged by the rule component. The problem of low network data transmission security inthe prior art is solved.
