Themethod comprises the steps of calculating and generating a distribution view of a sub-organization and key indexes of a student according to acquired basic information of the student, learning behavior information and course resource information; according to the student basic information and the learning behavior information of the first preset time period and the second preset time period, calculating and generating an incremental data distribution view of the sub-organization; and according to the basic information of the students and the learning behavior information, calculating and generating sub-organization distribution views of the inactive students.
