Abstract

A device for loading a cartridge into a magazine includes a setting mechanism comprising a sleeve, a body, a setting tool and a linkage. The body is slidably arranged about the sleeve such that the body and the sleeve can slide relative to each other along a sliding axis. The body is translatable along the slide axis between an upper position and a lower position. A first end of the setting tool is pivotally coupled to the sleeve for relative rotation between the setting tool and the sleeve about the front axis. The setting tool rotates about the front axis as the body translates between the upper position and the lower position.
