The rapid disassembling and assembling structure for unmanned aerial vehicle vertical flat tail connection consists of a front connection rapid disassembling pin, a back connection rapid disassembling pin, a vertical tail front connection base, a vertical tail back connection base, a flat tail front connection base and a flat tail back connection base; the vertical tail front connection base and the vertical tail back connection base are fixedly connected with vertical tail assemblies correspondingly; and the vertical tail assemblies at the two ends are provided with the vertical tail front connection base and the vertical tail back connection base correspondingly. The flat tail front connection base and the flat tail back connection base are fixedly connected with a flat tail assembly respectively. The flat tail assembly is provided with two front connection bases and two back connection bases which are positioned at the two ends of the flat tail assembly correspondingly.
