The method comprises the following steps: controlling a main circuit of a controller of the LLC converter in the two-stage converter to carry out hiccup charging on a DC bus of a post-stage converter according to a preset period, so that the voltage of the DC bus of a post-stage converter is gradually increased until an auxiliary power supply of the post-stage converter starts to work, and then supplying power to the controller of the post-stage converter; after the controller of the post-stage converter outputs the detected DC bus voltage, enabling the controller of the LLC converter to judge whether the output voltage of the LLC converter rises to a hiccup starting voltageor not; and if yes, enabling the controller of the LLC converter to control the main circuit of the LLC converter to enter a hiccup voltage stabilizing stage, so that the LLC converter is used for replacing a switch and a slow-up resistor which are added in the prior art to provide stable direct-current bus voltage for a post-stage converter, and the problems of large system size and high cost inthe prior art are avoided.
