For the device and the method, the practical bias pressure, back pressure and constant temperature testing environment conforming to the engineering is provided, the fluctuation error of the temperature can be controlled within -0.1 DEG C to +0.1 DEG C, the volume error of the gas can be controlled within 0.3%, and the error of the injected pressure can be controlled within 0.5%. The test of the permeability under the transient state in constant pressure and constant volume ways can be simultaneously realized; when the permeability is tested in the constant volume way, the volume of a reference container can be adjusted according to the volume of a pore.

According to the present invention, a trapping column collects a first-dimensional chromatography effluent component through valve switching and mobile phase dilution, and the trapped component is introduced into a second-dimensional preparative column through valve switching and mobile phase elution so as to achieve two-dimensional chromatography separation; the instrument system can perform two-dimensional separation, and the sample and the one-dimensional separation component are effectively retained and enriched through the trapping column interface, such that the column efficiency loss is low, and the two-dimensional separation effect is ensured; and the instrument system can enlargedly perform multiple circulation separations and multidimensional separation, and the separation effect can not be decreased along with the increasing sample volume and the increasing separation frequency. A rack tooth (10) is formed by plastic working on one side surface in the radial direction of a part in the axial direction of a sectionally circular rod unit (9). The radius of curvature of the section shape of a portion deviated in the circumferential direction from a rack-tooth (10) forming portion is set to be larger than the radius of curvature of the section shape of an outer circumferential surface of the remaining part in the axial direction of the rod unit (9). For this purpose, as shown by (A)->(B), the part in the axial direction and the remaining part in the circumferential direction are formed into a partially cylindrical surface portion (17) having a radius of curvature larger than that of the outer circumferential surface of a material (13) while a portion in the axial direction of the material (13) and a portion in the circumferential direction are being crushed, thereby defining an intermediate material (20).Then, as shown by (C)->(D), the above rack tooth (10) is formed at a portion in the axial direction ofthe intermediate material (20) and a portion in the circumferential direction. A converter for energy conversion of superconductive energy storage system

A current transformer for energy conversion in a super-conductive energy storage system utilizes a two-stage boost-chopper to fulfill boost control for discharge process in super-conductive energy storage magnets. The first stage of the chopper circuit adopts a plurality of metal oxide semi-conductor field-effect transistors in parallel connection, so that the voltage on both ends of a super-conductive magnet can be limited in a rather low voltage level to meet the insulation requirements of the super-conductive magnet. The second stage of the chopper circuit increases the voltage to a higher level, and utilizes IGBTs as switch components to regulate subsequent output voltage through adjusting the switch duty cycle of the IGBTs through a PWM control mode, so as to fulfill the adjustable target for subsequent output voltage and the controllable target of the super-conductive magnet discharge voltage. The invention can realize energy output in the super-conductive energy storage magnet in a constant-voltage and DC mode, in order to meet the requirements for subsequent voltage-type loads. Meanwhile, the output voltage of the current transformer is not limited by insulating strength of magnets, but can fulfill flexible regulation according to subsequent load, and meanwhile, avoid the large volume problems with transformers or the multiple circuit topology structure.

The invention discloses a preparation method of a silicon composite anode material provided with a gradient change coating layer on the surface, and aims to overcome conventional modification defects of a silicon anode material. According to the preparation method, a porous silicon material is prepared firstly, and on the basis, a chemical vapor deposition method is adopted to uniformly deposit a coating layer on the surface of the porous silicon material, wherein the coating layer adopts an elemental Si-SiC-C transition structure. A test is performed in a vapor deposition reacting furnace provide with segmented temperatures, independently controllable atmosphere and a plurality of furnace chambers. Compared with the prior art, a gradient change process is achieved through the surface coating layer, an obvious interface structure is not formed, the coating layer is tight, so that a volume effect and electric conductivity of the silicon-based anode material in a battery charge-discharge process are inhibited effectively, and the cycling stability of the material is improved greatly. The preparation method is simple in technology and suitable for large-scale industrial production, and has wide application prospect in the field of lithium ion batteries.
