Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides a configuration management system and method for a cloud host. The configuration management system comprises an acquisition module which is used for obtainingthe current configuration information and the current feature state of a current cloud host of a user, a prediction module which is used for generating prediction configuration information according to the current feature state and a preset prediction model, and a scheduling module which is used for distributing the target cloud host corresponding to the prediction configuration information to theuser when the prediction configuration information is not matched with the current configuration information. According to the embodiment of the invention, automatic ascending / descending adjustment on the resource configuration of the cloud host of the user can be realized, so that resource waste caused by too high resource configuration of the cloud host of the user can be avoided, and influenceon processing of service data due to too low resource configuration can be avoided.
