Problems solved by technology

However, in the implementation process, insufficient consideration was given to the spatial location characteristics of each sampling site. Some cities have excessively concentrated sampling sites and poor sample representativeness, which has affected the accuracy of monitoring results. Therefore, it is necessary to provide a scientific and effective assessment Method of Spatial Distribution of Sampling Points

Embodiment Construction

[0020] The present invention will be further described in detail through specific embodiments below.

[0021] An embodiment of the present invention provides a method for evaluating the spatial distribution of food monitoring sampling points, which includes the following steps:

[0022] S100: Obtain the sampling address of each sampling location in the area to be monitored, and convert the sampling address into latitude and longitude coordinates.

[0023] In the process of food safety monitoring, multi-point sampling is required in the monitoring area, and the address of the sampling site and other information are recorded in advance. When performing the above evaluation method, the sampling address of each sampling location can be entered into the system. Since the recorded sampling address is usually an address expressed in words, it cannot directly participate in the data calculation. Therefore, the system needs to convert the acquired sampling address into latitude and l...

Abstract

The invention provides an evaluation method of spatial distribution of sampling points in food monitoring. The method includes the following steps that a sampling address of each sampling position ina to-be-monitored region is obtained, and the sampling addresses are converted into longitude and latitude coordinates; according to the longitude and latitude coordinates of each sampling position, adistance matrix is configured for the distance between each sampling position and other sampling positions; based on the distance matrix, a distance average value is standardized, and the standardized distance average value is obtained; a sampling position excessive gathering region set is built, the number of effective sampling positions is calculated, and the ratio of the number of the effective sampling positions to the total number of the sampling positions is calculated; the standardized distance average value in a to-be-monitored region and the ratio of the number of the effective sampling positions to the total number of the sampling positions are compared with preset standard values respectively, and according to the comparison results, the rationality of spatial distribution of the sampling positions in the to-be-monitored region is judged. The method can more accurately evaluate the rationality of spatial distribution of the sampling points.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of food safety sampling, in particular to a method for evaluating the spatial distribution of food monitoring sampling points. Background technique [0002] Since 2010, my country has begun to establish and implement a national food safety risk monitoring system. It has carried out monitoring of food pollutants, microorganisms and harmful factors, and foodborne disease monitoring based on population health hazard analysis. The main purpose is to fully understand the national food safety risk monitoring system. The overall situation of safety, evaluate the effect of food safety supervision, discover the systemic risks and hidden dangers of food safety, and provide clues for food safety supervision. [0003] Among them, monitoring sampling is an important part of ensuring data quality and risk assessment accuracy. The traditional monitoring sampling method uses a random sampling model. This monitoring method ...
