Abstract

The invention provides a dynamic prediction method for steam production and consumption. The method comprises the following steps: dividing a normalized set into a training data set and a test data set; inputting the training data set into a long-term and short-term memory neural network prediction model for training to form training result data; updating parameters in the prediction model according to the training result data; substituting the test data set into the prediction model for prediction to obtain a prediction result, and selecting the optimized prediction model corresponding to theprediction result with the minimum error as an optimal prediction model; and predicting the steam production and consumption data of the to-be-predicted time interval by utilizing the optimal prediction model. The influence of different equipment working conditions on steam generation and consumption is comprehensively considered; a steam generation amount and consumption amount dynamic prediction method based on equipment multi-working-condition operation is established to solve the steam prediction problem under the complex working condition, and the steam generation amount of each piece ofequipment and the steam consumption amount of each production user in the future scheduling period are more accurately predicted.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of steam prediction and utilization, in particular to a dynamic prediction method of steam production and consumption. Background technique [0002] In my country, the iron and steel industry is a fundamental pillar industry of the national economy, a resource- and energy-intensive industry, and the focus of energy-saving and emission-reduction work. Steam in iron and steel enterprises is an important secondary energy source for enterprises. Steam prediction is an important part of the steam system. It predicts the production and consumption of steam for subsequent steam resource allocation and optimal scheduling, and provides a basis for safe and stable operation of the gas system, reducing emissions, and improving gas utilization. Therefore, steam forecasting has become one of the important links in energy saving and emission reduction in iron and steel enterprises. [0003] Steam in iron and steel enterprises is ...
