The device comprises a shell and a filtering mechanism, wherein the top of the shellis horizontally connected with a cover plate, the middle of the top end of the cover plate is vertically connected with a feeding cylinder, the interior of the shell is provided with the filtering mechanism in a rotating mode, the top of the filtering mechanism is horizontally connected with a limiting plate, the bottom of the feeding cylinder penetrates through the cover plate to be arranged right above the limiting plate, a plurality of vertical plates are uniformly connected outside a separating column, the plurality of vertical plates divide the interior of the feeding cylinder and the interior of the limiting plate into a plurality of separation grooves, and the separation grooves inside the feeding cylinder and the separation grooves inside the limiting plate are in vertical one-to-one correspondence.
